About Me
I was born in Long Beach CA, but not too long afterward my family moved to Prescott AZ in 1967. That is where I grew up and lived for the next 33 years. Prior to selling real estate, I had extensive contractor sales experience. Through the years I worked for trade companies which included a wholesale electrical supply company, a cultured marble manufacturer, and a specialty door & window supplier. In my spare time, I enjoyed softball, mountain biking, and became a scuba instructor. It was through scuba diving where I met my wife, Susan. In 2000 I bought out Susan’s partner in her scuba diving retail & training facility business and started construction on our home in Anthem AZ, where we currently still live. We were married in 2001 in an underwater wedding where we broke the Guinness World Record for the “Largest Underwater Wedding” at the time. In 2004 I got my real estate license. In 2006 we sold the dive shop and our full-time careers in real estate began.
It is with that experience that enables me to represent and negotiate on the behalf of you, your family, friends, and coworkers, what is for most of us, the largest investment we will ever make.

Working with Scott Hamblen to sell our home was a great experience !!!
Scott was very knowledgeable when it came to re al estate transactions and guided us in the right direction when it came to preparing our house to go on the market and pricing it to sell quickly.
Scott was excellent at communicating, explaining paperwork and was always available if we had questions or concerns.

Scott always reponded to my messages, emails and phone calls even after hours so to speak although I am convinced he doe sn't really have "hours". He most generally responded immediately but on the rare occassion I had to leave a message he was extremely quick to get back to me. I feel Scott always had my best interest in mind through all phases of the sale of my two homes and purchase of my new home. He negotiated well on behalf in all three. Scott kept me abreast of every aspect and was also helpful to me in keeping my end of the responsibilities up to par. Of coarse, his end of the responsibities was always done timely and thoroughly.
